Nana used to make this for me. Took her recipe and ZINGED it up a bit!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground chuck - browned - grease drained
  • 1 can Chicken Gumbo Soup - undiluted
  • 3 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp. ketsup
  • 1 tbsp. Scotch Bonnet sauce (I use Tortuga Caribbean Hell fire Sauce)

Directions
  1. Brown beef - drain grease
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and let simmer for app. 10 min.
  3. Serve on a bun
