Bio Salmon Tartare

- 3/4 lb of Organic salmon shopping list
- 2 tb spoon of french shallot (small little white soft tasting onions) shopping list
- 3 tb spoon of fresh herbs (basil, fenel, chive, tarragon) shopping list
- 1/3 cup of lobster perfumed oil (add a base of lobster juice to olive oil) shopping list
- 2 tb spoon of yuzu juice (japanese lemon, don't bother, use regular) shopping list
- Organic soya sauce (a dash only) shopping list
- salt and pepper (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cut off the brown part of the salmon and remove the edges, then cut it into really small cubes (be nice, don't use the slapchop :P)
- 2. Chop the french shallots and the fresh herbs, then add the lemon/yuzu juice and the lobster perfumed oil. Dump in some soya sauce
- 3. Mix well and add the salt and pepper
- 4. Enjoy !
