How to make it

  • 1. Cut off the brown part of the salmon and remove the edges, then cut it into really small cubes (be nice, don't use the slapchop :P)
  • 2. Chop the french shallots and the fresh herbs, then add the lemon/yuzu juice and the lobster perfumed oil. Dump in some soya sauce
  • 3. Mix well and add the salt and pepper
  • 4. Enjoy !
