How to make it

  • Hand mix! This is important here!
  • Mix all dry in glass bowl.
  • Add wet to dry and mix just until combined.
  • Use batter Asap!
  • Cook over medium heat in a nonstick pan.
  • Spray pan with oil and again after each crepe made.
  • Use ladle to add batter to pan and if you like use bottom of ladle to spread it out nice and thin instead of tilting pan :P
  • flip crepe when just golden on bottom and golden the other side.
  • repeat until batter is all gone.
  • *You can make them as thick or thin as you like as well*
  • Trick: keep crepes from sticking by adding wax paper between them.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and whip creme and you are in for some heaven!
