How to make it

  • Toss chicken breasts in large zip-loc bag with flour,salt and pepper. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over med-high heat . Add chicken ,reduce heat to med and cook,turning once 7 mins or till golden brown and cooked through
  • Remove to serving plates. Sprinkle each with 1/4 tsp chopped sage and top each with 1 piece of prosciutto.
  • Add chicken broth and lemon juice to skillet,stirring to dissolve browned bits;simmer 1 min. Whisk in butter;spoon over chicken
