Ricotta Drop Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream butter & sugar till light. Add egg, ricotta, & zest. Mix well.
  • Add flour, soda, & salt. Mix till just blended.
  • Drop in tsp onto parchment lined cookie sheet 2" apart.
  • Bake 10-15m. Cool on rack.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
