How to make it

  • Blend flour, butter, oil and salt in Cuisinart until crumbly. Add 1/4 cup of cold water and continue blending until ball forms. Makes dough for 10" single-crust pie or a smaller double crust pie or 2 smaller single-crust pies.
  • Be sure to not over process. As soon as you see it come to a ball STOP. I use ice water.
