How to make it

  • 1.Sprinkle latin seasoning, white pepper & salt evenly on meat. Squirt lime juice on top of meat. Let set for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • 2.Heat skillet with oil. Add peices of meat. Cook each side about 7-9 minutes. Remove and lay on paper towels to drain oil.
