- 2 ounces lean, low-sodium baked ham, diced or 2 ounces canned ham shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded, sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard shopping list
- 3 cups hot mac and cheese (from recipe above) shopping list
