Pulled Pork And Watermelon Bbq Sauce

- 5 to 14 pound pork butt shopping list
- 24 ounces dark beer shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 2 cups regular BBQ sauce shopping list
- 2 cups miced watermelon shopping list
How to make it
- Pressure cook or slow cook pork butt in the beer until meat is pull - apart
- can pressure cook in a covered roaster all night in a 275" ovenabout 45 to 50 mins or slow cook in a crock pot on low for about 8 hours
- when pork is done and place on sandwices buns warm the bbq sauce in a sauce pan and just before serving stir in watermelon
- place on meat, cover and eat!
