How to make it

  • Mash avacados with a fork or potato masher on a flat surface. ( i normally just do this directly on my cutting board...the fewer dishes the better) If you want to go mash crazy with this step go ahead....but i prefer to have mine pretty chunky, so i just mash a few times with a fork! Transfer to a med. size bowl.
  • Add in the garlic, tomatoes, jalepenos, onion,cilantro and lime juice and give the mixture a stir.
  • salt & pepper to taste......i am pretty liberal with the salt. Just add a little and taste, add a little and taste!

    And, "dos" roma tomatos diced... Thats my recipe ;) whats realy great, take away mashing avacado and you have Pico de gallo with avacado just add white onion. Take away the avacado add mango and papaya and you have a great mango salsa. Mexican food is sooooooooo easy and fun. And you can always add corn to any of these for a filler
