Mexican Coleslaw

- * 1 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- * 3 limes yield lime juice shopping list
- * 1 head large cabbage shopping list
- * 1 cup grated carrots shopping list
- * 1/2 cup cilantro shopping list
- * 1/4 cup chopped onions shopping list
- * 3 stalks green onion shopping list
- * 1 jalapeno shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop jalapeno (deseeded), onions and cilantro.
- 2. Add juice of 3 limes and cayenne pepper.
- 3. Stir well and refrigerate. Best serve after chilled for at least a few hours.
