How to make it

  • Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness. In shallow bowl,whisk egg and water. In another shallow bowl,combine flour salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture,then coat with flour mixture.
  • In large,non-stick skillet coated with spray,cook chicken over med. heat 4-5 mins on each side or till juices run clear.
  • Remove and keep wqarm.
  • In same skillet,saute mushrooms until tender. Add wine,stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to boil;cook until liquid is reduced by half. Serve with chicken.

    Never tried Plum Wine before. I do have a bottle of Cranberry Wine, maybe that will work.
