Chicken In Wine Sauce

- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves(5 oz. ea) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 TB water shopping list
- 3/4 c flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 3/4 c sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 2/3 c plum wine or sweett sherry shopping list
How to make it
- Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness. In shallow bowl,whisk egg and water. In another shallow bowl,combine flour salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture,then coat with flour mixture.
- In large,non-stick skillet coated with spray,cook chicken over med. heat 4-5 mins on each side or till juices run clear.
- Remove and keep wqarm.
- In same skillet,saute mushrooms until tender. Add wine,stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to boil;cook until liquid is reduced by half. Serve with chicken.
