Crispy Tuna Salad

from Simply Delicious magazine for this quick but outstanding tuna lettuce salad. Do not omit the chow mein noodles because they add the crispiness and serve immediately so noodles don't get soggy. We used about 3/4 head of ice berg
Ingredients
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/3 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream ( I used Greek yoghurt ) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt, this was less than indicated,add to your liking shopping list
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- Salad: shopping list
- 1 head iceberg lettuce torn shopping list
- 12 oz albacore tuna drained and chunked up shopping list
- 1 cup frozen green peas thawed shopping list
- 1 can chow mein noodles ( I used about 1 heaping cup from a pkg ) shopping list
How to make it
- Stir dressing ingrdients and set aside
- Mix the peas, tuna and lettuce
- Stir in the dressing
- lastly stir in the chow meain noodles and serve immediately!
