How to make it

  • Mash garlic and mix in with salt and chopped mint using a wooden spoon in bottom of a bowl
  • Stir in the yoghurt and mix well
  • Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwisese remove seeds and slice in rounds
  • Fold them into the yoghurt mixture
  • Chill and best after 2 hours of chilling
  • Use the rose petals to garnish and surround the sides of the salad in the bowl with them.
  • Sprinkle some smaller chopped petals over the salad
