How to make it

  • Using cooking scissors, cut pita pockets in half, then open and seperate sides (you will have 4 semi-circular pieces)
  • Spread about a half-tablespoon of butter on each semi-circle
  • Cut each semi-circle in half and sprinkle with cheese (plus any additional toppings)
  • Place wedges on aluminum foil in toaster oven and toast until cheese is melted and pitas are light brown
  • Serve warm
