Parmesan Pita Triangles

- 2 pita pockets - white or wheat shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons butter - softened shopping list
- 1 Cup grated parmesan shopping list
- Additional toppings optional - see intro for suggestions, or invent your own! shopping list
How to make it
- Using cooking scissors, cut pita pockets in half, then open and seperate sides (you will have 4 semi-circular pieces)
- Spread about a half-tablespoon of butter on each semi-circle
- Cut each semi-circle in half and sprinkle with cheese (plus any additional toppings)
- Place wedges on aluminum foil in toaster oven and toast until cheese is melted and pitas are light brown
- Serve warm
