Crock Pot Zucchini

- 6 cups zucchini thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup shredded carrots shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) stuffing crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine zucchini, onions, carrots, and soup. Combine sour cream and flour and stir into vegetables. Toss crumbs and butter. Put half of the crumbs on the bottom of the crockpot; then vegetables; put remainder of crumbs on top. Cook on low for 7 hours.

The 6 cups of sliced zucchini turned out to be 2 lbs of zucchini, or two large ones. I liked making this in the crockpot, made for an easy side dish to Thanksgiving. However next time I will leave out the flour or at least cut it in half. I baked on ...more
