How to make it

  • melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat
  • sprinkle shrimp and scallops with pepper and salt
  • add to skillet saute till just opaqe about 5 minutes
  • transfer shell fish to bowl
  • reduce heat to medium and add leeks saute till soft about 7 minutes
  • add mushrooms ,cayenne saute till mushrooms are tender about 5 more minutes
  • sprinkle flour into skillet and stir 30 seconds
  • add clam juice ,sherry,and cream simmer till mixture thickens and coats back of spoon about 10 minutes
  • add shell fish stir till heated through, add salt and pepper to taste
  • follow directions on box of puff pastry shells
  • spoon mixture over shells and prepair to loosten yor belt!!! YUM!!
