Banana Layer Cake

- 3 firm bananas shopping list
- 2 eight ounce packs of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 eight ounce tub of kool whip shopping list
- 1 cup of powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of banana extract shopping list
- 1 package of vanilla cake mix shopping list
- 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 package of banana Jell-O instants pudding mix shopping list
How to make it
- 1)Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Let cream cheese and kool whip thaw.
- 2) Prepare cake mix with oil, milk, eggs, and pudding mix. Pour mix into three greased and floured cake pans. Bake cake according to time on box.
- 3) In large bowl, begin to mix cream cheese and kool whip. When mixture is smooth, add powdered sugar and banana extract. Mix until everything is well blended.
- 4) After cakes have cooled, slice your bananas and place them between the cake's layers adding banana slices and icing between each layer. I recommend putting the banana slices under the icing instead of on top, because bananas turn brown and look kind of unsightly, even if they're still fresh.
