Banana Layer Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • 1)Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Let cream cheese and kool whip thaw.
  • 2) Prepare cake mix with oil, milk, eggs, and pudding mix. Pour mix into three greased and floured cake pans. Bake cake according to time on box.
  • 3) In large bowl, begin to mix cream cheese and kool whip. When mixture is smooth, add powdered sugar and banana extract. Mix until everything is well blended.
  • 4) After cakes have cooled, slice your bananas and place them between the cake's layers adding banana slices and icing between each layer. I recommend putting the banana slices under the icing instead of on top, because bananas turn brown and look kind of unsightly, even if they're still fresh.
