How to make it

  • 1. Melt Butter (slice the Onions and Carrots)
  • 2. Sauté Bacon
  • 3. Add onions and Carrot
  • 4. Add Flour and tomato Paste
  • 5. slowly Pour in the WCS
  • 6. Add Bouquet Garni
  • 7. Puree everything
  • 8. Season with salt and Pepper

    if you want fresh tomato in it...what I could suggest is finely chop the tomato and garnish it on top :) cause adding it in the cooking process wont do any help...just to remind you that you will puree it

    I hope you are okay in reference to your post. I am always looking for a decent tomato soup recipe. I want to use my fresh tomatoes, though. I do love the ingredients you listed, carrots and onions and such. I will try this adapted with my garden produce. TY.
