Orange Sherbet Salad Mold Recipe

How to make it

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in orange juice and sherbet to dissolve. Refrigerate until partially set.Pour over oranges arranged on bottom of 6 cup mold. Chill firm. Serves 8.

    I make something similar to this; instead of the orange sherbet I use cream cheese and Dream Whip. Quite good.
