  • HEAT A GENEROUS GLUG OF OIL IN A PAN AND FRY CHILLI AND GARLIC FOR A MINUTE
  • ADD NUTMEG, LEMON ZEST AND WINE AND COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE
  • STIR IN CLAMS AND PARSLEY EAN HEAT THROUGH
  • TOSS THROUGH PASTA, SEASON AND SERVE
  • NB: I ADD THE CREAM WITH THE WINE YUMMY
  • ENJOY :)
