- 250 G FRESH TAGLIATELLE shopping list
- olive oil, FOR FRYING shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, THINLY SLICED shopping list
- 1 RED CHILLI, FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- GRATING OF nutmeg shopping list
- GRATED PEEL OF 1/2 lemon (ZEST) shopping list
- 60 ML SAUVIGNON BLANC (SORRY I CAN'T MAKE IT WITHOUT THE wine) shopping list
- 290 G (1 JAR) BOILED baby clams IN BRINE, DRAINED shopping list
How to make it
- COOK PASTA ACCORDING TO PACKET INSTRUCTIONS AND DRAIN
- HEAT A GENEROUS GLUG OF OIL IN A PAN AND FRY CHILLI AND GARLIC FOR A MINUTE
- ADD NUTMEG, LEMON ZEST AND WINE AND COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE
- STIR IN CLAMS AND PARSLEY EAN HEAT THROUGH
- TOSS THROUGH PASTA, SEASON AND SERVE
- NB: I ADD THE CREAM WITH THE WINE YUMMY
