How to make it

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees
  • Snip off wing tips and wipe inside and outside of ducklings with paper towels.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and whirl on high until thoroughly liiquified.
  • Place ducklings, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. Brush ducks generously with honey glaze.
  • Roast ducks at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Brush with glaze every 15-20 minutes during roasting.
  • When done, remove ducks to a platter and garnish with orange slices, grapes ad parsley.
  • Wine suggestion: California Chardonnay

    I have never had duck before. I need to put that on my list of things to try, especially since you recommend it with California Chardonnay. I will use any excuse to have a good glass of wine.
