Honey Glazed Duckling

- 2 ducklings (about 4 1/2 lbs each) shopping list
- 2 medium onions, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- dash Tabasco shopping list
- Garnish: orange slices, grapes, parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Snip off wing tips and wipe inside and outside of ducklings with paper towels.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and whirl on high until thoroughly liiquified.
- Place ducklings, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. Brush ducks generously with honey glaze.
- Roast ducks at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Brush with glaze every 15-20 minutes during roasting.
- When done, remove ducks to a platter and garnish with orange slices, grapes ad parsley.
- Wine suggestion: California Chardonnay
