- 500 g All Purpose flour shopping list
- 75 g sugar shopping list
- 5 g salt shopping list
- 5 g bread Improver shopping list
- 50 g butter shopping list
- 3 PCS egg shopping list
- 25 g powdered milk shopping list
- 10 g yeast shopping list
- 200 ML water shopping list
- 25 g oil shopping list
How to make it
- *in a mixing bowl, add water,sugar,salt,eggs,butter and oil (dissolve sugar)
- *combine flour,bread improver,yeast and powdered milk in another bowl
- *when sugar is dissolved add the combination of the flour,bread improver, yeast and powdered milk
- *mix all ingredientss until dough is elastic
- *cut the dough into small ball
- *set dough to rise and allow it to grow
- *wash the dough with an egg wash (egg and fresh milk)
- * Bake in a 180 degree oven for 12 min.
