- 2 cloves garlic, CRUSHED shopping list
- salt AND ground pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- FOR THE pasta shopping list
- 30 ML olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, CHOPPED shopping list
- 1 RED CHILLI, CHOPPED shopping list
- 15 ML ground cumin shopping list
- 15 ML paprika shopping list
- 2X 250G spaghetti ( I HAVE USED ANGEL HAIR AND egg noodles BEFORE - PUUUUUUUUUFFFFFEEECT) shopping list
- 125 ML CHOPPED parsley shopping list
How to make it
- PRE-HEAT THE OVEN - GRILL OR YOU CAN PAN-FRY
- TOSS CHOPS WITH OIL, GARLIC AND SEASONING
- GRILL TO YOUR LIKING (I LIKE CHOPS MEDIUM)
- COOK THE PASTA ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MEANWHILE
- HEAT OIL IN A FRYING PAN, ADD GARLIC, CHILLI, CUMIN AND PAPRIKA AND FRY FOR A MINUTE
- TOSS IN COOKED PASTA AND STIR-FRY UNTIL COATED IN SPECES AND HEATED THROUGH.
- SERFVE WITH THE CHOPS AND SPRINKLE THE PARSLEY OVER
- I LIKE TO SERVE IT WITH CHERRY TOMATOES AND ROCKET DRIZZLE BASAMIC & OLIVE OIL OVER WITH A GOOD SEA SALT AND GROUND PEPPER
- DON'T FORGET THE RED WINE :)
