  • PRE-HEAT THE OVEN - GRILL OR YOU CAN PAN-FRY
  • TOSS CHOPS WITH OIL, GARLIC AND SEASONING
  • GRILL TO YOUR LIKING (I LIKE CHOPS MEDIUM)
  • COOK THE PASTA ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MEANWHILE
  • HEAT OIL IN A FRYING PAN, ADD GARLIC, CHILLI, CUMIN AND PAPRIKA AND FRY FOR A MINUTE
  • TOSS IN COOKED PASTA AND STIR-FRY UNTIL COATED IN SPECES AND HEATED THROUGH.
  • SERFVE WITH THE CHOPS AND SPRINKLE THE PARSLEY OVER
  • I LIKE TO SERVE IT WITH CHERRY TOMATOES AND ROCKET DRIZZLE BASAMIC & OLIVE OIL OVER WITH A GOOD SEA SALT AND GROUND PEPPER
  • DON'T FORGET THE RED WINE :)
  • ENJOY
