Chewy Pecan Pie Bars Recipe

How to make it

  • Pour the butter into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan
  • Set aside
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir in the pecans
  • Spread over the butter
  • Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes
  • Remove from the oven
  • Immediately dust with the confectioners' sugar
  • Cool before cutting
