Stuffed Portabellos

- 4 large portabello mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup of spinach dip shopping list
- 1 cup of your favourite pasta sauce (I use homeade marinara) shopping list
- shredded buffalo mozzerella shopping list
- grated fresh parmesean or romano cheese shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- good quality olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- scoop out the inside of the portabello mushrooms
- grill in pan on both sides till moisture in mushroom is evaporated (i use a grill pan)
- remove from pan and layer each mushroom with 1/4 cup spinach dip
- spoon 1/4 cup marinara sauce on top
- crumble fresh mozzerella on top
- drizzle with olive oil
- bake 350 degrees in shallow pan for 15 to 20 min or untill top is golden and bubbly
- remove from oven
- grate parmesean and fresh black pepper on top
- serve
