Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- butter or margarine, softened
- 4 slices cheese(I use velveeta slices)
- 4-8 slices of Deli Ham (depends on the thickness of ham)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Directions
- Pre-heat sandwich maker for about 5 minutes. Combine mayonnaise & mustard. Spread mixture on one side of 4 of the bread slices to within 1/4-inch of edges. Top with slice of cheese & ham on 4 slice of bread., top with remaining bread slices. Spread softened butter on the outer sides of the sandwiches, on the sandwich maker. Close the lid, and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Makes 4 sandwiches.
