How to make it

  • Put the peach slices into the blender. Place the lid on the blender.
  • Process on high for 15 seconds or until smooth.
  • Divide among the 3 glasses
  • pour 3/4 cup (175 mL) ginger ale into each glass. Stir.
  • Add 1 scoop of raspberry sherbet to each glass
  • Serve immediately.
  • Makes 3 floats
