How to make it

  • Bake the chicken (I like to keep them plain, or add a little garlic)
  • Add oil into an 8x16 pan/ casserol dish
  • Slice tomatoes into 1/4" thick slices and place into the pan
  • flip the tomatoes to make sure both sides get some oil on them
  • Place about a pinch of fresh garlic on each slice
  • On top of that place a small pinch of rosemary from the sprigs
  • Bake on 325 for about 10 mins
  • After the 10 mins are up add a 1 tbsp of cheese on each of the slices
  • then bake for another 2 mins (or until the cheese is melted)
  • Place chicken on the plate and top with the tomato slices and ENJOY :)
