Rosemary, Black Pear Tomato Slices And Chicken

- 4 skinless chicken breasts (or precooked chicken breasts) shopping list
- 2 Black pear tomato shopping list
- 2 tbsp FRESH chopped garlic shopping list
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary shopping list
- Mozerella (or I use Bel Gioioso four cheese shred) shopping list
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or garlic basil olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Bake the chicken (I like to keep them plain, or add a little garlic)
- Add oil into an 8x16 pan/ casserol dish
- Slice tomatoes into 1/4" thick slices and place into the pan
- flip the tomatoes to make sure both sides get some oil on them
- Place about a pinch of fresh garlic on each slice
- On top of that place a small pinch of rosemary from the sprigs
- Bake on 325 for about 10 mins
- After the 10 mins are up add a 1 tbsp of cheese on each of the slices
- then bake for another 2 mins (or until the cheese is melted)
- Place chicken on the plate and top with the tomato slices and ENJOY :)
