Diabetic Sweet Bread

My step mom's friend made this for Father's day, along with Spinach Dill dip. Now mind you, I HATE spinach, lol but this dip was pretty good with Sweet Bread. But the dip needs to be set overnight before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup splenda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast shopping list
- spinach dill Dip: shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 box frozen spinach, cooked, drained and cooled shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salt'n spice seasoning (or to taste) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dill weed (or to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Add ingredients to bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select sweet bread setting and light crust. When done, brush butter or margarine on top. Break bread into bite sizes, no cutting needed.
- Serve with Spinach Dill Dip.
- Spinach Dill Dip: Mix all ingredients together in blender or food processor for this spinach dip recipe and refrigerate overnight. Serve with sweet bread.
