Swedish Apple Pie

A very easy and delicious apple pie. Whips up in no time.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 c flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 med. tart apples,chopped (I use Granny Smith) shopping list
- 3/4 c chopped walnuts or pecans shopping list
- Confectioners sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl,combine the sugar,flours,baking powder,salt and cinnamon. In small bowl,whisk egg and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just till moistened. Fold in apples and walnuts
- Transfer to a 9" pie plate coated with spray
- Bake at 350' for 25-30 mins. or till toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
