Sea Scallops In Alfredo Sauce

- 1 1/2 lbs scallops shopping list
- 1 onion sliced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper chopped shopping list
- olive oil/butter to saute shopping list
- dash of sherry wine to taste shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs fresh sea scallops shopping list
- salt, pepper shopping list
- 2 cups bottled or home made alfredo sauce shopping list
- cooked fettucini if desired or other cooked pasta or grain shopping list
How to make it
- saute the onions and pepper in some olive oil/butter till softened and just starting to brown, Add the scallops and cook and stir till cooked through ( 5 minutes or so ) salt and pepper to taste. Add the sherry
- Add enough sauce to cover scallops and cook and stir to heat sauce,
- Serve this as is over over a pasta or grain if desired.
- Garnish with fresh chopped basil or parsley for a little color
