How to make it

  • Combine dry ingrdients including sugar
  • In another bowl whisk wet ingredients including bananas
  • Combine both mixtures together
  • Fold in pomegranate ariels
  • Sprinkle the almonds over the top along with a few pomegrante seeds if desired
  • Bake in a 350F oven about 1 hour or tested done
  • Cover top with foil if browning too fast
  • Cool in pan 15 mins and then remove to cool completely
  • Wrap tightly in foil and may be frozen

    W have a pomegranate bush in our front yard,waiting to be relieved of its delicious fruit. I have been looking for something new to make and this fits the bill perfectly., Thanks so much.
