- 250 G INSTANT polenta shopping list
- 1 LT VEGTABLE OR chicken stock shopping list
- 125 - 250 ML GRATED parmesan cheese ( I LOVE PECORINO WITH IT - A NICE MIX) shopping list
- 200 G FRESH MOZZARELLA, SLICED shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 100 G salami shopping list
- 20 black olives, PITTED shopping list
- 150 G MIXED COCKTAIL tomatoes (OR QUARTER SALAD tomatoes) shopping list
- salt shopping list
- GOUND pepper shopping list
- 30 - 45 ML pine nuts, toastED (OPTIONAL - I NEVER LEAVE IT OUT) shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVE3N TO 180C
- MAKE POLENTA ACCORDING TO PACKET INSTRUCTIONS USING STOCK INSTEAD OF WATER (EXTRA FLAVOUR ...YUM)
- STIR THROUGH PARMESAN (AND PECORINO IF YOU USE IT)
- SPREAD POLENTA ONTO A BAKING TRAY
- TOP WITH MOZZARELLA, SEASON AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES
- SCATTER TOPPING OVER AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY
