  • MAKE POLENTA ACCORDING TO PACKET INSTRUCTIONS USING STOCK INSTEAD OF WATER (EXTRA FLAVOUR ...YUM)
  • STIR THROUGH PARMESAN (AND PECORINO IF YOU USE IT)
  • SPREAD POLENTA ONTO A BAKING TRAY
  • TOP WITH MOZZARELLA, SEASON AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES
  • SCATTER TOPPING OVER AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY
  • ENJOY :)
