- 5 ML CHILLI FLAKES (OPTIONAL---- FOR ME IT IS A MUST) shopping list
- 125 ML honey shopping list
- 8-12 pork RASHERS shopping list
- salt shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
- SERVING: shopping list
- 2X 300G PACKETS sweet potato MASH (OR POTATO MASH) shopping list
- 1 cucumbER, SEEDED AND SLICED shopping list
- 30 G coriander shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE ALL THRE TREACLE INGREDIENTS IN A PAN AND COOK TO REDUCE BY HALF
- HEAT A GRIDDLE PAN AND COOK SEASONED RASHERS UNTIL GOLDEN
- CUT INTO BITE-SIZED CHUNKS
- HEAT SWEET POTATO ACCORDING TO PACKET INSTRUCTIONS
- SERVE MASH TOPPED WITH PORK AND DRIZZLED WITH TREACLE, ALONGSIDE A SALAD OF CORIANDER AND CUCUMBER
