Chiled Pink Plum Soup

- 6 medium purple plums, any ripe variety, remove pits keep skin on shopping list
- 2 cups liquid: water or ,sweet wine, or apple juice or 100% berry fruit juice shopping list
- sugar or honey or Splenda to taste to taste shopping list
- sour cream, or Greek yoghurt or heavy cream as desired shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- bit of cinnamon or allspice to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place pitted and halved plums in a microwave dish and cover and cook high several minutes to soften and patially cook plums.
- Remove plums and any liquid and place in a blender.
- Add liquid of choice and blend smooth
- Then add sweetener and dairy product of choice and spice and dash salt and blend smooth.
- Thin out as desired if needed.
- Chill well
- Garnish bowls if desired with a mint leaf.
