Salmon Burgers With Spinach ,garlic, Cilantro And Ginger

- skinned salmon fillet, cut into very small pieces - 1 pound shopping list
- baby spinach, coarsely chopped (2 cups) shopping list
- spring onions 2, minced shopping list
- 1 tbs fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 large egg white shopping list
- 1 tbs oyster sauce shopping list
- olive oil as required for cooking on skillet shopping list
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 chilli flakes for those who like it a little spicy shopping list
- 1 tbs rice flour shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the salmon in oyser sauce, pepper, salt and chilli flakes for 15-20 minutes.
- Add the spinach, garlic, ginger and cilantro leaves in the food processor. Add it to the salmon and then add the egg and rice flour. Mix it well and make patties.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the patties until lightly crispy. Serve with onions and wasabi and/or tomato sauce.
