How to make it

  • Marinate the salmon in oyser sauce, pepper, salt and chilli flakes for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add the spinach, garlic, ginger and cilantro leaves in the food processor. Add it to the salmon and then add the egg and rice flour. Mix it well and make patties.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and fry the patties until lightly crispy. Serve with onions and wasabi and/or tomato sauce.
