Red Cabbage Slaw

This is Sunny Anderson's recipe. It got a lot of great reviews. it's very colorful and if you enjoy the sweet/tart coleslaw recipes, you will like this for sure.
Ingredients
- 1 small head of red cabbage shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1 small red onion shopping list
- 1 cup golden raisins shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tsp celery seed shopping list
- 2 Tbs sugar ( Splenda also works well ) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Slice and chop up cabbage
- grate carrots
- mince onions
- Combine all with 1 cup golden raisins
- Make dressing by combing all with whisk.
- Stir well into slaw.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and let chill one hour before serving
