Golden Autumn Salad

- 2- 3 oz pkg orange gelatin (sugar-free preferred) shopping list
- 2 c boiling water shopping list
- 1- 6 oz can(s) frozen orange juice shopping list
- 1 -16 oz can(s) mandarin oranges, drained shopping list
- 1-20 oz can(s) crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1- 3 oz pkg vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 1 1/2 c cold milk shopping list
- 1/2 c heavy cream, whipped shopping list
- 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the milk, cream and cheddar cheese; set aside.
- Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved. Add frozen orange juice and stir until melted. Pour into 9x13 baking dish; add pineapple and oranges then cover and chill until set.
- Prepare pudding according to directions, using only 1 1/2 cups milk. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Then fold into whipped cream. Spread over the top of the set gelatin; then sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.
