Ingredients

How to make it

  • Line the sheet with parchment paper...set aside...just for a bit
  • Temper the chocolate.
  • Grasp a Cape Cod Chip between your thumb and forefinger and gently drag it through the chocolate, covering about three fourths of the chip on both sides.Steady at the helm...you do not want to crush your chip.
  • Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
  • Using a rubber spatula to smear more chocolate on places that you might have missed.
  • Some people only like one side of the Chip coated...but I like both sides covered.
  • Place the now dipped Cape Cod Chip on prepared sheet.
  • Repeat.
  • Place in a air tight container...after tasting this Chip...it would'nt last long... so you may not even need the storage...but if you hide them...they will keep for several days.
  • ~ These are for a young mind at HEART...The wonderful concept of salt and sweet for the impressionsable mind and mouth.
  • Keeping in mind... that the Cape Cod thick cut potato chip...are PERFECT to make these...They are STURDIER,and less likely to break during the dipping process...As for taste...FIRST CLASS!
  • Just remember...do not be tempted to chill your chips in the refrigerate...to expedite the hardening process...as you will have a soggy chip on your hands...cool and dry...is the key to this keeper.
  • So...Just like the shape of Cape Cod...Flex your musical muscles and whistle your favorite tune as you make this delightful Chip ~
