How to make it

  • Heat oil in a large pan. Sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with salt, pepper, & garlic salt.
  • While pork chops are cooking, wash & cut up peppers.
  • When chops are nearly done, add the peppers to the skillet, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, & garlic salt.
  • Cook until peppers are tender & chops are done;serve immediately.
