How to make it

  • Lightly coat a 13x9" (3qt. rectangukar) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange chicken in dish.
  • In bowl,combine cranberry sauce,salad dressing,orange juice,onion soup mix and salt. Evenly pour over chicken breasts. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  • Bake,uncovered in preheated 350' oven 45-50 mins. or till chicken is no longer pink.. Serve with brown or white rice. Garnish with orange wedges.
