Ecuadorian Chili Avocado Dip

This newspaper recipe intriqued me. I would recommend to double the recipe- its a sweet hot guacamole and I think outstanding! This is great on salsa chips, crudites or topped over grilled meats or on seafood
Ingredients
- 1/2 red onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley shopping list
- 1 to 2 jalepeno peppers, seeded ( I used much less! ) shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar ( or Splenda ) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp chili powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 large avocado shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor place all except avocado
- Pulse to chop ingerdients
- lastly add avocado and pulse to chop and mix in avocado
- Use as a dip, spread or topping
