How to make it

  • Brown chops in skillet with salt and sage. Arrange in baking dish. Pare apples and quarter them,place over chops and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Make gravy in same skillet where chops were browned.
  • Mix flour,water and vinegar and cook until thickened. Add raisins and pour over chops. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
