How to make it

  • Directions:
  • In a large bowl, measure all dry ingredients.
  • Whip the egg whites until light forth. Do not mix dry!
  • Add dry ingredients and vanilla to the egg whites and mix well.
  • Drop out on silicone paper with #60 ice cream scoop or with a tablespoon make a mound.
  • Bake at 370 degrees for 12-13 minutes. Do not over bake. When cookies come off the silicone paper, they are done.
  • Cookie should be crunchy on the outside and chewy (soft) on the inside.
  • Yield: Approximately 6 dz cookies
