Moroccan Chicken With Roated Potatoes

- 2 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1-1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 3 TB oil shopping list
- 6 chicken lef quarters shopping list
- 1-1/2 lbs.,smallred potatoes halved(about 4-1/2 c) shopping list
- 1 lemon,cut in 6 wedges shopping list
- 1/2 c drained pimento-stuffed green olives shopping list
- 3 TB apple jelly,melted shopping list
How to make it
- Position 1 rack in center and one rack in lower third of oven;preheat to 350' Combine cumin,pumpkin pie spice,salt,garlic powder and pepper. Rub 1 TB oil and half of spice mixture over chicken.Place in large roasting pan.
- Toss potatoes and lemons with remaining 2 TB oil and spice mixture. Place on jelly roll pan. Roast chicken on center rack until no longer pink near bones,about 45 mins.
- Roat potatoes on lower rack until tender,45 mins,adding olives during last 5 mins.
- Preheat broiler. Brush chicken with jelly. Broil till browned 3 mins.
- Serve chicken with potato mixture.
