Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375' Using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together in med bowl till light and fluffy. Add eggs,mixing well.
  • Combine oats,flour,baking soda and salt in seperate mixing bowl.Add tobutter mixture in several additions,mixing well after each. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 mins. or till golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
