How to make it

  • Hard-cook eggs; drain, peel, and chop and set aside. Boil cauliflower for about 10 mins until tender and drain. Place cauliflower on a serving platter. In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add bread crumbs, and cook, stirring until golden. Stir in chopped eggs, parsley, orange juice. Mix well and put them on top of the cauliflower. Add extra virgin olive oil, chilly oil and soya sauce, salt and black pepper and toss till well mixed. Can be served hot or cold.

    the way that the recipe is pictured, do you plate the egg mixture first and then top with the cauliflower pieces? Does the color of that part come from the chili oil? or does the OJ and soy sauce together make that reddish orange?
