Oriental Cauliflower Polonaise

- 2 eggs shopping list
- ½ head white, ½ head green, ½ headpurple cauliflower (cut in smaller florets) shopping list
- ¼ cup water shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 2 tb fried shallots shopping list
- 1 tb extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tb soya sauce shopping list
- salt and black pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 drops of chilly oil (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Hard-cook eggs; drain, peel, and chop and set aside. Boil cauliflower for about 10 mins until tender and drain. Place cauliflower on a serving platter. In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add bread crumbs, and cook, stirring until golden. Stir in chopped eggs, parsley, orange juice. Mix well and put them on top of the cauliflower. Add extra virgin olive oil, chilly oil and soya sauce, salt and black pepper and toss till well mixed. Can be served hot or cold.
