Black Forest Cheesecake

- 1 package (8 ounces) light (low fat) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 container (8 ounces) low-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- 1 8" chocolate crumb crust shopping list
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa shopping list
- 1 tbsp confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1 can reduced sugar cherry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread 1/2 of the mixture evenly into the crust.
- Fold cocoa and confectioner's sugar into the remaining cream cheese mixture and spread carefully over the first layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
- Cut into slices. When serving, top each slice with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
