Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

- 2 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 can (10.3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 pkg. (8oz) Shredded colby and monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro shopping list
- 12 flour tortillas ( 8 in ) shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. thick n chunky salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. Mix chicken, soup, 1 c. of cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream and 3 tbs of cilantro until well blended. Spoon down centers of tortillas, adding about 1/4 c. to each: roll up. Place seam sides down, in 13x9 in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with salsa and remaining cheese. Bake 25 min. or untill heated through. Top with remaining cilantro and sour cream if desired.
